About Your Coach

Patrice

I'm Patrice Rolle, founder of Menolux Health & Wellness Coaching & Consultancy. My work comes from both professional expertise and lived experience. After experiencing surgical menopause, I found myself dealing with symptoms I didn't fully understand—fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, and a deep sense of not feeling like myself. Like many women, I thought it was something else. It wasn't. That experience led me to build the MENOLUX Method—to create the kind of structured support I wish existed.

Why This Work Matters

In the Caribbean and many parts of the world, menopause is still not openly discussed. Too many women are suffering in silence, feeling misunderstood, and navigating this phase without guidance. MENOLUX exists to change that.
